Studio Three Fibre Arts Terms and Conditions of Sales

The following information outlines the terms and conditions we use to sell our products.  Please read this carefully and make sure that you understand this before you place and order.

We accept payment by cheque or e-transfer.  HST will not be charged for any sales on this web site.  Shipping costs will be added to the total cost. 

For Security reasons e-transfer information will be confirmed by a telephone conversation.

We will ship on receipt of payment received.

We create on-of-a-kind handmade products and for that reason do not accept exchanges or returns.

Please remember that your computers technical settings may result in a difference between the colours you see on your monitor and the actual product.

We try to provide a clear and comprehensive description as well as a picture of each item that is for sale. We welcome questions via email before you make your purchase.
